Well, the busy Spring market is upon us and this year in my area (Wasaga Beach, Ontario) is proving to be a hot one. Usually reserved for larger centers like the Toronto market, our little town has been experiencing its share of multiple offers and hungry buyers.

For Sale signs have been springing up all over our region for happy summer home and year-round residents and is keeping listing and closing coordinators busy.
