I've been a licensed REALTOR since 1980. I opened and brokered my own real estate office, The Buyer's Agent, an exclusive buyer brokerage, in Auburn, Alabama in 1992. In 2002 I partnered with another broker and co-owned Langley Whitman Realty, again in Auburn. Langley Whitman purchased a RE/MAX franchise. Due to the number of listings at RE/MAX, I moved my license in 2007 to a smaller company which gave me many more opportunities to work with buyer clients. Since 2002 I have worked with both sellers and buyers and was primarialy responsible for creating all marketing material. I've always loved graphic design and have dreamed about being able to make a living doing what I love. In addition, I do my own virtual tours using the Virtual Tour software program; I use two different e-mail drip e-mail marking campaign software programs: G-Lock and E-Mail Campaign. As a charter member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society I am very familiar with Settlement Room. I'm 59 years old, mother of two grown children and have two beautiful grandsons. My passion is photography, designing graphic marketing materials and most importantly my passion for my miniature horse, Flag. My local association, Lee County Alabama Association of REALTORS, is not very tech savvy and never has been. To be honest, I'm tired of showing homes and feel as if I've had an epipheny researching doing real estate virtual assistant duties for all those agents that just don't have time to keep their business growing.
