An unlicensed assistant can do many things for you. They cannot, however, talk to the public about price, host open houses, or perform any other activities that a licensed real estate professional carries out.

Hi there,

Do you have any legal information pertaining to what a real estate virtual assistant CAN and CAN”T do here in Ontario? I am looking to put my some of my staff through your training and certification, but I require a clear understanding of their duties and restrictions.

Please advise.
