REVA Institute was co-founded by Anna Baron and Pam Ivey, former co-founders of IREAA, and together they have developed an organization that is more in tune to today’s Internet savvy real estate assistant.
Anna Baron, owner of The Virtual Link, has been a virtual assistant since 1997 and has been supporting real estate professionals since 1998 with administrative and marketing assistance.
After 12 years in business, she has become one of the most highly sought after real estate virtual assistants.
In 2004, Anna began developing the concept of forming a real estate virtual assistant organization and in 2005 she successfully formed and managed a team to create and co-found CyberStarVA, the first real estate virtual assistant organization. In 2006, CyberStarVA changed names to IREAA where she was the driving force in putting IREAA on the map through her expertise in online marketing and SEO, as well as her numerous contacts in the virtual assistant industry.
Today, Anna is one of the top real estate virtual assistants and works with many leaders and top producers in the real estate industry.
She has worked with Allen F. Hainge and his CyberStars since 2004 and has been interviewed several times by Michael Russer, a.k.a. “Mr. Freakin” Internet.
Anna was honored to be listed in Florida Realtors 2008 Solutions Guide. In addition, she has been interviewed multiple times in some of the top real estate magazines such as Texas Realtor, Florida Realtor and the National Association of REALTORs.

Pam Ivey, Virtual Business Manager and Virtual Assistant Solutions Specialist is owner of Ivey & Associates Virtual Solutions with the divisions of My Creative Assistant, Visual Persuasions Canada and the Canadian Virtual Assistant Network. A virtual assistant since 2001, Pam has partnered with top producing real estate professionals since 2003, providing marketing and branding, listing coordination, lead generation and contact management solutions. She has been featured in such publications as Michael Russer’s ePower News and Pennsylvania Realtor Magazine, as well as local publications, and participated as a supporting VA for Michael Russer’s Internet Bootcamp in Chicago. In 2006, Pam became a co-founder of the International Real Estate Assistants Association (IREAA), and led the Canadian division. With an eye on providing comprehensive training opportunities and furthering the knowledge and skills of the membership, she captained the live vendor training programs, as well as the regular REVA business tele-classes. With a love for interacting with the membership, she quickly discovered she had found her true passion. Pam is co-author of the paperback: The Business of Being Virtual: Successful Industry Leaders Reveal Their Virtual Assistant Business Secrets, as well as a busy speaker, who leads seminars and talks about VA and business related topics across North America at various industry and other business events, such as the upcoming 2009 Forum on Virtual Assistance (FoVA) taking place in Niagara Falls, Canada, the 2009 IVAA Live Summit in Montreal, as well as the Coaching Super Summit in Baltimore. Pam’s high-level goal is to help to increase the awareness of the virtual assistant industry with business leaders and influencers in North America and around the world.
